General Information (WI Residents):
Snow Removal - For the properties where you are responsible for removing the snow and ice from the sidewalks and/or driveways, the City does require that this by done within 36 hours of a snowstorm. This means the entire sidewalk must be cleared. If this is not done within this time frame the City will perform this task for you, however, you will be billed for this service. If you know you will not be able to perform this task within this time, please contact us at 608-348-3712 to make arrangements to get this done.
Grass Cutting - For the properties where you are responsible for the lawn mowing, this must be done before the lawn length exceeds 8 inches. If the lawn is not mowed and exceeds 8 inches, the City will perform this task for you, however you will be billed for this service. If you know you will not be able to perform this task before your lawn exceeds this length, please call us at 608-348-3712 to make arrangements to get this done.
Garbage Removal - For properties without a dumpster, garbage day is either Monday or Tuesday depending on your address. To find out which day applies to you, please refer to the City of Platteville's website: http://platteville.org/?sc=Services&cat=91.
Condition Report Checklist:
Please download and print the following checklist and return to BNL Property Management within 7 days of receiving your keys. Any reports received after this timeframe will not be considered upon move out.
